  • Rents Saturday to Saturday for weekly stays.
  • Arrival/Departure:
    • Summer Check-ins (June-August) begin at 4 pm and are guaranteed by 6 pm.
    • Off Season Check-ins begin at 3 pm and are guaranteed by 5 pm.
    • Check-out is by 10 am.

Property Access

  • Guest Access: Electronic Entry.
  • Elevator or stairs to property level.
  • Please note: The elevator is for convenience only and does not guarantee ADA compliance or wheelchair accessibility. Although elevators are checked on a regular basis, Sea Coast Rentals/Owners will not be held accountable if the elevator is not operating or functioning properly during your stay. No refunds will be issued for elevator closures.

    • A valid government photo ID is required for every reservation.
    • A signed rental agreement is required. Accepting House Rules on any online travel agency requires reading and acceptance of our rental agreement.

    • No smoking allowed.
    • Minimum age: 25 years to rent.
    • Children allowed.
    • No events allowed, including weddings, bachelor/bachelorette parties, or similar gatherings.
  • Pet Policy: No pets allowed. St. Regis HOA does not permit travelers to bring a pet. (Note: Owners may be allowed to bring their dog, but this does NOT apply to guests.)

  • Guests may bring their own sheets and towels to avoid linen rental charges. Contact Sea Coast Rentals in Surf City for details.

Cancellation Policy

  • Free cancellation within 48 hours of booking.
  • After 48 hours of booking and more than 60 days before arrival, a full refund will be processed less a $300 cancellation fee.
  • After 48 hours of booking and within 60 days of arrival, there will be no refund unless the dates are re-rented. If re-rented, a refund will be processed less a $300 cancellation fee.

  • Free parking for 2 vehicles at ground level.

Utilities and Amenities Access

  • Guests should bring paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, soaps, detergents, minimal cleaning supplies, and beach towels.
  • Pools are generally open from Memorial Day until Labor Day. Pool closures may occur at the discretion of the HOA or Health Department, or following a hurricane or tropical storm. Sea Coast Rentals/Owners are not responsible for pool closures and no refunds will be issued.
  • Outdoor showers are located at the pool area.
